Congratulations to Chris Russell who has been helping us here at Ducks at Kilspindie over the winter behind the bar. Chris is going to the Masters to caddie for Ian Woosnam. A big thanks to Chris for all his help and here's hoping for a good finish for Chris and Woosie. Chris is an exellent pro and has been brought up around golf following his father DJ Russell for whom he has also caddied. |

Seventy saw in 2010 with dinner and dancing to Obsession at Ducks in Aberlady. We sold out for our two night Hogmanay package (£150pp) but many came for the dinner and dancing at an amazing price of £60 per head. Obsession also played in the afternoon of the 1st. Thanks to all of you who came and created a fantastic atmosphere over the two days. A very big thak you from me to both Ros Sloan and Johhny Dunbar who ran the front of house and kitchen magnificently. Thank you to all who came and made Christmas Day so enjoyable. From the e-mail and letter response you all seemed to have a great time. Many have asked us to extend our £20 festive menu into January for those having late Christamas parties and we are happy to do this. We will even throw in a room for £20 a head. |
